We are looking for a strong and experienced Industrial Property Facilities Manager for a 1MM sq. ft. industrial property close to the Phoenix Airport. The building has 15 tenants currently and when full will have 17 tenants. The position will work out of a Maintenance Office onsite.
To be qualified, you must have at least 10 years of commercial property maintenance experience with at least 3 full years in Industrial Property Maintenance. You must be able to operate a forklift and scissorlift and have in depth knowledge and experience working with HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing issues. The property has undergone a significant renovation recently, but there are always ongoing CAPEX projects which this position will manage and supervise
This position is on-call, 24/7/365 as this is the only Facilities/Property Management employee onsite. The property is in good condition so there is typically only a handful of times per year when the employee would be called in after-hours.
Typical working hours start early (6 or 6:30 am to 4 pm), Monday to Friday though there is possibly some flexibility in that schedule.
