Privately held commercial cleaning and facility services organization in the Northeast is seeking a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, relationship building, and closing recurring revenue business. What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial facilities, property management, healthcare, industrial, and office environments
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
- Conduct facility walkthroughs, needs assessments, and client presentations
- Develop customized proposals and service solutions
- Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and key decision-make
- Attend networking events, industry associations, and local business functions
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
- Provide mentorship and support to two junior sales team members while remaining heavily production-focused
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for territory growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000–$85,000
- Strong uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings typically ranging from $60,000–$80,000+ annually

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Experience selling recurring service contracts or solution-based services
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage a territory
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Leadership, mentoring, or team development experience
- Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, or related service industry experience
Preferred Background
- Existing relationships within New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania commercial markets
- Experience working with property managers, facility managers, real estate organizations, healthcare facilities, or multi-site operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality and passion for building long-term client partnerships
