Executive Personal Assistant
Location: New York City. Position is hybrid, 2 days in person and 3 days remote.

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless, high touch support across both professional and personal domains for the managing director of the firm and family principal. This is a hybrid role spanning executive business support and household/family coordination, ideal for a polished, discreet operator who anticipates needs, manages complexity, and executes flawlessly with minimal oversight.
The right candidate is a force multiplier: equally comfortable managing a high velocity investor calendar and orchestrating personal and family logistics. Sound judgment, absolute discretion, and a systems oriented mindset are non negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Executive / Professional
- Own and optimize a dynamic calendar; prioritize, schedule, and protect the principal's time.
- Triage and manage inbox; draft correspondence; flag and route what matters.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and contingencies.
- Prepare materials, briefings, and agendas for meetings, board sessions, and investor engagements.
- Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact; liaise with founders, LPs, and external stakeholders.
- Track follow ups, deadlines, and commitments end to end.
Personal / Household
- Coordinate family schedules, children's activities, appointments, and travel.
- Manage personal errands, vendor relationships, reservations, and event planning.
- Interface with household staff and service providers; support household operations.
- Handle confidential personal matters with total discretion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or principal; private/family office or UHNW experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a hybrid professional and personal support role.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Mastery of calendar, travel, and productivity tools; quick to adopt new systems.
- Impeccable discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Flexibility for occasional after hours responsiveness.

Compensation
- Base: $140,000 to $160,000 commensurate with experience.
- Discretionary performance bonus.
