Personal Assistant to CEO (Operations)
We are a consumer health company building products designed to reduce the impact of everyday stressors on the body. Our first product supports faster alcohol clearance and is backed by human data showing stronger performance than alternatives we tested. We are a seed-stage company building a broader platform around liver health, metabolism, and wellness.
We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and reliable to work directly with the CEO across executive support, personal assistance, and company operations.
The Role
This is a hybrid Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant role working directly with the CEO across the company and an affiliated venture capital fund focused on health, AI, and wellness.
You will help manage the day-to-day logistics around the CEO while also helping keep internal operations organized and moving efficiently.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating across both professional and personal responsibilities with high discretion, flexibility, and responsiveness.
This is an in-person role based primarily in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Adapt to a changing travel schedule and availability when needed
- Handle logistics, reservations, errands, and operational runs
- Pick up coffee, meals, packages, or supplies as needed
- Organize physical mail, paperwork, files, receipts, and administrative records
- Assist with filings, forms, invoices, and general life organization
- Coordinate communications and help manage inbox flow
- Support both office and occasional home-based work needs
Startup & Venture Operations
- Attend meetings and track action items
- Follow up across team members and external partners
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and operational tasks
- Assist with hiring coordination and administrative workflows
- Help support operational needs across the company and affiliated venture fund
- Help ensure projects move forward efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks

- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
- Based in San Francisco or able to commute regularly
- Experience supporting founders, executives, startups, investors, or fast-paced teams is preferred
