The Role: Impact & Presence
This is a high-visibility role based strictly 5 days a week on-site in our south bay office. As the first point of contact for the firm, you will balance high-level executive support with office leadership.
- Face of the Firm: You will manage the front desk daily, welcoming founders, investors, and high-profile guests with a polished, professional presence.
- Executive Support: Orchestrate complex calendar management, priority-shifting logistics, and travel for a high-performing Managing Partner.
- VC Liaison: Serve as a sophisticated point of contact for portfolio company founders and industry players.
- Anticipatory Management: Stay three steps ahead of daily needs—reading between the lines to structure the partner's day and manage priorities.
The Requirements
To be considered, candidates must possess the following specific experience:
- Proven EA Expertise: You must have a robust, tenured background as a professional Executive Assistant. This is not a role for those looking to transition into the field; we require a "black belt" in executive support.
- Industry Pedigree: Experience in Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), Financial Services.
- Polished Professionalism: Because you are the front-facing representative of the office, a sophisticated, corporate-ready demeanor and high EQ are non-negotiable.
- Presence: Full commitment to being onsite 5 days a week in office.
