Consilio’s Direct Hire Division is seeking a C‑Suite Executive Assistant in Austin, Texas.


Compensation: $98,000–$131,000

Experience Required: 5+ years supporting a C‑suite executive, practice group leader, or equivalent senior leader


Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high‑level, proactive support to firm leadership and plays a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives across the organization. This position requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑moving, corporate environment. The Executive Assistant acts as a central connector across departments, ensuring priorities, timelines, and communications are executed seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, supporting firmwide initiatives and coordinating with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including high‑volume scheduling, meeting prioritization, and real‑time adjustments.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, agendas, logistics, and expense reconciliation.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, and other sensitive documents.
  • Support project‑based work, including preparing budgets, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Organize and execute meetings and events, ensuring all materials, logistics, and follow‑up actions are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of leadership priorities to proactively manage workflow and anticipate needs.
  • Build effective relationships across the firm to facilitate communication, alignment, and problem‑solving.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a C‑suite executive, practice group leader, or senior partner in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in high‑level calendaring, complex travel coordination, and executive‑level communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting sensitive or confidential correspondence.
  • Ability to work with flexibility regarding in‑office days to align with executive needs; occasional overtime required based on workload and scheduling demands.
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
