Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and executives to help manage board-related operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking initiative while managing a wide range of responsibilities independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing daily schedules and communications.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, including travel logistics, accommodations, agenda development, and on-site support.
  • Oversee expense reporting and invoicing, including data entry in Bill.com and tracking in Excel.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting materials; maintain accurate records within board management systems.
  • Assist with annual member registration processes and ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Support the CEO on special projects and key organizational initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Concur is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach.
