Our client, a prominent venture capital firm in the Bay Area, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced AI Deal Team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to gain exposure to cutting-edge work within the AI space. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate the needs of executives to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


**Please note this is hybrid, 2-month contract role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $50-$55/hr.**


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the AI Deal Team
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice processing
  • Support deal flow processes, including document organization and tracking
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Handle ad hoc administrative projects with a high level of professionalism and discretion


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience supporting finance, investment, or deal teams is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
