A highly respected law firm in Greensboro, NC is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its growing Estate Planning team. This firm offers meaningful client relationships, complex work, and a team-focused culture.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Draft and negotiate business contracts and commercial agreements
- Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and compliance
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Work directly with entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and decision- makers
- Collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team that values practical, high-quality legal service
🎯 Ideal Background:
- 2 plus years of experience in Estate Planning, corporate, transactional, or related areas
- Licensed in North Carolina and in good standing
- Experience with tax planning or a CPA/LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
Compensation is based on experience. Lucrative bonus potential.
