Overview:

As the Consulting & Client Relationship Lead (Industrial, Energy & Travel), you will partner with delivery teams to strengthen and expand existing client relationships across North America.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with client needs and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth within manufacturing accounts by identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Leverage industry expertise and consultative selling skills to demonstrate the value of analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Build strong client partnerships through regular engagement and successful solution delivery.
  • Understand client priorities and translate business challenges into growth opportunities.
  • Lead business development and pre-sales efforts while representing the full portfolio of AI, Engineering & Design, and Behavioral Science offerings.
  • Advance sales opportunities through consultative discussions, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Proven success in growing manufacturing accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in industrial, chemical, automotive, metals, or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive account growth.
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, linking client challenges to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex business problems, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global teams and managing large-scale client relationships.


Must-Haves:

  • 8–15 years of total experience.
  • 7+ years in Sales & Account Management with a strong revenue-growth track record.
  • 5+ years in the Manufacturing industry.
  • 3+ years of experience/exposure to AI & Machine Learning solutions.
  • 5+ years in Business Analytics.
