About the RoleAs an Electrical Assembler, you’ll play a direct role in building critical aircraft lighting and safety products used on commercial flights every day. Working in a clean, quiet, and static-controlled environment, you’ll perform detailed bench-level electrical assembly involving small components, tight tolerances, and exact specifications. Your precision and attention to detail help ensure passengers stay safe, comfortable, and connected while in the air.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technical assembly, and producing high-quality, mission-critical products in a structured manufacturing setting.

This position is based in a well-lit, temperature-controlled, and static-controlled production facility. You’ll primarily work at an individual bench, with a team lead or supervisor nearby for support. The environment is very quiet and designed for precision electrical assembly using hand tools, soldering equipment, and light machinery. Due to static-control requirements, some areas may have increased humidity.

Most work is performed independently, allowing focus on detailed assembly tasks while still being part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.50/hr.
