Machine Assembler / Machine Builder | Custom Machinery Manufacturing

• Built custom machines from start to finish, assembling mechanical and electrical components per engineering drawings and assembly documentation
• Read and interpreted blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate builds and proper machine function
• Performed precision mechanical alignment, installation, and adjustment of components
• Completed basic electrical wiring and connections to support machine operation
• Fabricated parts as needed using mills, lathes, saws, and shop equipment
• Worked with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and welded systems during machine builds
• Troubleshot assembly and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Collaborated closely with engineering and production teams to clarify specifications and improve build processes
• Ensured machines met safety, accuracy, and quality standards prior to completion
• Operated cranes, forklifts, and material-handling equipment safely in a manufacturing environment

• Clean, organized, and safety‑focused manufacturing facility
• Hands‑on work using cranes, assembly fixtures, and machine shop tools
• Experience in small, close‑knit teams contributing to full machine builds
• Comfortable working to production schedules with overtime opportunities
• Strong adherence to PPE and workplace safety procedures

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on problem‑solving skills
• Highly detail‑oriented with pride in precision workmanship
• Self‑starter who thrives in custom, non‑repetitive builds
• Dependable team player with excellent communication skills
• Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and processes

• Technical Degree or Trade Training (Preferred)
• Forklift Certification (if applicable)

This is a Permanent position based out of Shoreview, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Shoreview,MN.
