Job DescriptionThis role supports a modern production environment and involves performing a variety of assembly and production tasks that require following work instructions and engineering documentation. You will perform a wide range of production operator functions, including mechanical and/or electrical assembly, kitting, testing, packaging, product identification, and material handling. You follow established operating procedures, work orders, and blueprints or diagrams to accurately assemble and prepare products while maintaining quality and safety standards in a clean, climate‑controlled facility.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, organized, and climate controlled, providing a comfortable production space. Employees are expected to work independently and as part of a team while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. The schedule follows a weekday workweek with additional hours as needed based on production demand. This position is a contract role with the potential to transition into a longer‑term opportunity depending on performance and business needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
