Program / Project Manager – Supply Chain Network Planning

Location: Tualatin, OR

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $65-94.25/hour

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extensions or C2H


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager – Supply Chain Network Planning to support strategic planning and execution across a complex global supply chain environment. This role will drive cross-functional planning initiatives focused on supply and demand alignment, commodity planning, operational readiness, and service level execution across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in supply chain planning, MRP systems, program management, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage complex planning activities across multiple teams and business functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional supply chain planning initiatives supporting operational and business objectives
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term supply planning strategies to align with customer demand and production requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, sales operations, and order fulfillment to support planning execution
  • Monitor supply and demand signals, identify risks, constraints, and capacity gaps, and drive mitigation strategies
  • Support business planning processes and service level alignment across global operations and manufacturing networks
  • Analyze planning data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Present supply availability, planning risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Utilize ERP, MRP, and planning/reporting systems to validate forecasts, inventory, and supply planning decisions
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and communication across multiple business groups to drive execution and decision-making
  • Develop and improve planning processes, operational infrastructure, and reporting tools
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on supply chain responsiveness, efficiency, and scalability


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain planning, or operations planning
  • Strong experience in supply planning and/or demand planning
  • Hands-on experience working with MRP/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, or similar supply chain planning systems
  • Experience within a global manufacturing or complex supply chain environment
  • Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Experience building executive-level reports, dashboards, and operational planning presentations
  • Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 is a plus
