We are representing two highly attractive corporate development opportunities within a newly formed standalone public company being established through a broader strategic separation from a large global organization (split into two pure-play companies). The business is in the process of building out a dedicated M&A / corporate development function to support an active pipeline of inorganic growth initiatives as it operates independently for the first time.
These roles will report directly into the VP of M&A and will play a key role in evaluating and executing acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships.
