Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design & Production Coordinator (Apparel) based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing apparel production processes, creating production schedules, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and collaborating with designers and vendors to meet quality standards. The role also requires maintaining clear communication across teams to ensure project alignment and overseeing the organization of materials and resources needed for production.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Project Management and Organization Skills
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in apparel or fashion production is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Production, or a related field is a plus
