Supply Chain & Manufacturing Coordinator

On‑Site | Cary, IL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional OT)

This on‑site role supports the Demand Planning team by handling essential administrative and data-related tasks that keep manufacturing operations running smoothly. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute production schedules, work travelers, and drawings
  • Enter and maintain data in the ERP system
  • Track manufacturing and sales orders
  • Assist with purchase requisitions and inventory tracking
  • Support KPI reporting, forecasting, and data collection
  • Track and communicate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
  • Serve as a liaison between demand planning and the production floor
  • Assist planners with stocking levels and manufacturing order accuracy

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or administrative support role
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain teams
  • Hands‑on experience with an ERP system
  • Experience with data entry and production-related documentation

Work Environment

  • 100% on‑site at a large manufacturing facility
  • Regular interaction with planners and the production floor
  • Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cary, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
