Banking, Lending, & Trust is a center of excellence that brings teams and functions currently found across WIM’s consumer businesses under a common, WIM-level organization. The group is focused on transforming from channel-based to client-focused solutions and delivery in an effort to reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, increase consistency/coordination, and bring focus on product management / development to deliver innovative growth and improve the client experience. Additionally, the new group will deliver a WIM-level culture of product management excellence by creating a culture of innovation, product excellence, client service and risk mitigation. 

The RM Connection team is a support team for Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers, who serve as Relationship Manager (RM) for Investment and Fiduciary Services (IFS) accounts. The team will provide these partners, and their assistants, with convenient access to IFS expertise, tools and administrative services. In addition, RM Connection team members can serve as a liaison with the Fiduciary Management Services (FMS) Market Service Teams when more in-depth information is needed. The Fiduciary Administrator 2 position on this team will provide support and administration on the client account in order to create, expand and service Wealth Management relationships while managing the risk of those accounts.

Responsibilities for the Fiduciary Administrator 2 - RM Connection position will include, but are not limited to:

  • General support for the service of existing IFS accounts, including money movement and routine maintenance
  • Answers to general inquiries about IFS systems, tools, policies, procedures, compliance and documentation
  • Research of IFS account transactions, statements, payments and fees
  • Intermediary to other IFS partners

Other responsibilities may include: setting up, administering, terminating and distributing moderately complex accounts of all types. Identifies customer needs and offers solutions. Develops knowledge of investment strategies, objectives, asset allocations. Communicates directly with clients, WF Partners and Centers of Influence as well as external resources i.e. accountants, attorneys, who are related to the client s accounts as part of day to day administration. Analyzes trust/financial information, reacts accordingly and re-prioritizes if appropriate.  May provide work direction.

Selected candidates must have flexibility to work all shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

The preferred location for this position is Winston-Salem, NC but other locations within the WF footprint may be considered. 

Salary range is determined by the location of the job

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: financial, trust, or legal; or 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following industries: financial, trust, or legal plus one of the following degrees or certifications: BA or higher in Trust & Wealth Management, JD, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (tm) or Certified Trust Fiduciary Advisor
