Data Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading and highly respected healthcare system in Texas, is seeking Data Operations Specialists for a 60-day onsite project in Dallas. This role supports internal operations by ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and reporting within product catalog systems. This position also includes occasional travel to nearby sites, with expenses reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and enter data into internal product catalog systems
• Extract and input data from suppliers, third-party sources, and onsite research
• Perform quality audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Generate and distribute reports related to product catalog data
• Maintain and organize documentation related to data processes
• Support filing, scanning, and administrative tasks
• Assist with user support and guidance on data entry and reporting processes
• Ensure all data is entered accurately and meets internal quality standards

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume data entry experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required
