Account Specialist, Leasing Operations (Contract)


Woburn, MA (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs Onsite) | Contract

Join American Tower’s Leasing Operations team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom leasing projects. This team is responsible for managing customer applications, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational efficiency across leasing processes tied to major telecom clients.

You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution—from application intake through closeout—while directly contributing to revenue-generating activities.


Contract Details

  • Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday–Thursday)
  • Location: Woburn, MA


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide leasing and real estate operations support, including purchase order requests, document review, and contract data entry
  • Support account-specific deliverables for key customers (including AT&T), ensuring completion of milestones, lease documentation, and system updates (LMT)
  • Review and validate installation documents, resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Associate Project Managers to create, manage, and close out maintenance projects
  • Coordinate and upload lease packages, project documentation, and customer deliverables into internal and external systems
  • Track and input project-related data including fees, coding, and jurisdictional requirements into project tracking systems
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support timely project execution and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1–2 years of professional or internship experience (office environment preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process adherence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in telecommunications, real estate, or leasing operations
  • Familiarity with project coordination or project management environments
  • Experience reviewing or interpreting contracts, leases, or legal documents
  • Exposure to systems such as LMT, project tracking tools, or similar platforms
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
