Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sauk City, WI, as an Insurance Sales Specialist. You will play an integral part in advising and advocating for clients' to secure insurance coverage that meets their needs. Daily responsibilities include consulting with potential and existing clients, presenting suitable American Family Insurance or partnering company products, providing exceptional customer service, and handling inquiries related to insurance policies. You will also collaborate with the team to support agency growth through sales strategies and relationship building.

Individuals currently employed as producers in an insurance agency should inquire, as we want you compensated for everything you earn, not just a piece of what your agency is paid when new customers or policies are acquired. The Strathman Agency and American Family have consistently high retention. Meaning a quicker pathway to increases in base salary.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Sales, understand financial and insurance concepts
  • Expertise in building interpersonal connections.
  • Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to manage and analyze insurance policies to offer tailored recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree, Associates Degree or equivalent experience in insurance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active insurance licenses or willingness to obtain licenses for property, casualty, life & health insurance as required. (prior to employment)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and metrics.
