URLgenius is looking for a high-performing New Sales Account Executive to accelerate our expansion into diverse industry verticals. As the premier platform for codeless app linking, we make it easy for brands to link to apps from social media, email, digital ads, text messaging, and QR codes, all with no SDK required. Whether our clients are linking to marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart or their own brand’s proprietary app, we help them test, implement, and deploy deep links in record time.

This isn't a "start-from-scratch" role. You will benefit from established sales processes, a robust library of value propositions, and existing customer base. You’ll inherit an established system and leverage our market-leading technology to scale your own pipeline and success.

The Role

As a New Sales Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for our clients. You will utilize a sophisticated sales ecosystem, inheriting refined playbooks and deep customer insights to win deals. You will masterfully blend our existing automation (via Apollo and HubSpot) with a high-touch, consultative approach to drive growth across a range of industries.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Pipeline Acceleration: Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging our established success stories and case studies to move deals through the funnel.
  • Strategic Outreach: Utilize our refined outreach sequences in Apollo and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers (CMOs, CISOs, VPs of Marketing, Mobile App Product Owners, et al.) within target accounts.
  • Cultivate Industry Expertise: Adapt our core value prop, codeless deep linking that requires no SDK, to solve specific business challenges in Healthcare, Finance, Retail, and more.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead discovery calls, deliver platform demos, and close SaaS agreements with large companies and growing brands.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Maintain high data integrity in HubSpot and provide feedback to Marketing to further refine our lead-generation engine.
  • Learn the "URLgenius Edge": develop an effective understanding of the mobile ecosystem, app marketing, and the technical advantages of "no-SDK" solutions.
  • Collaborative Growth: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to translate market feedback into new features and expanded industry use cases.
Qualifications & Requirements


  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to marketing, mobile app product teams, and/or CISO & security teams.
  • Revenue Mindset: A track record of inheriting and scaling a pipeline, with a history of consistently exceeding quarterly revenue quotas. 
  • New Sales Success: Proven results generating new pipeline from prospecting to close.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can articulate how our technology streamlines the user journey in record time.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-growth environment where you can follow a proven system while also providing insights on how to optimize it.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot), prospecting tools (Apollo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and virtual presentation software.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary: $70,000 + uncapped commissions + bonus (OTE: $120,000)

Location & Work Environment This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be located in one of the following states: NY, WI, PA, IL, CO, MD, NC, KY, CT, AZ, UT, OH, TX.
