We are a precision aerospace manufacturing company with over 80 years of experience delivering high-performance components and engineered solutions to OEMs and system integrators. Our products support critical applications across commercial, defense, and space industries. With a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and technical expertise, we partner closely with engineers and procurement teams to ensure our solutions meet the exacting standards of the aerospace sector.


We are seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with both OEMs and end users in your assigned territory.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders within your territory
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand product usage across existing accounts
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on solutions and applications
  • Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and quotations using company systems, and ensure timely follow-up to secure orders
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver solutions that meet customer specifications
  • Support and coordinate with independent sales representatives and factory-direct teams to optimize coverage and results
  • Leverage trade shows, industry publications, marketing campaigns, and networking to uncover new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform account strategy and positioning


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of technical or industrial sales experience, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or OEM environments
  • Experience interacting with engineers and reviewing technical drawings or specifications
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate solutions to customers
  • Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to manage accounts and drive growth independently
