Data Entry/Office Coordinator Associate

Our client is searching for a Data Entry/Office Coordinator Associate for their office located in the Westchase area (West Beltway and Westheimer). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and the salary range is $20-$22 per hour with a 37.5 hour work week (7.5 hours per day).


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, and categorize incoming mail and packages.
  • Scan and e-mail incoming correspondence.
  • Accurately enter data into the system.
  • Enter status reports into the system.
  • Assist with outgoing mail and correspondence as required by department.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communicator.
