🚨 Temp BD Coordinator – Top 50 Am Law Firm | Hybrid (Multiple Locations)

We’re working with a Top 50 Am Law firm seeking a Temporary Business Development Coordinator to join their team ASAP through January — with potential to convert to permanent.

📍 Locations: Boston, Chicago, NYC, DC, Wilmington (DE), Atlanta, Miami, Austin, Boca Raton, Dallas, Houston, Nashville

🏢 Hybrid: 2 days in-office

💼 Compensation: $75K–$85K (hourly equivalent for temp)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing BD team supporting the Life Sciences group (prior industry experience not required). You’ll step in to support during a maternity leave and gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with the Associate Director initially, and later report into a Senior BD Manager, alongside a team that includes a Director, Specialists, and Coordinators.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with drafting pitches and marketing materials (taking first stab at content)
• Provide project management-style support across BD initiatives
• Take and circulate meeting notes with attorneys and practice group leaders
• Handle data entry and reporting tasks
• Help manage multiple priorities across ongoing projects

What We’re Looking For

• Coordinator-level experience (BD experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
