About the Role:
As a Data Delivery Lead, you will orchestrate the design, development, and ongoing support of modern data platforms and analytics solutions. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional business and technology stakeholders while leading both development and operations teams simultaneously. This role blends hands‑on technical leadership with strong delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and operations teams across multiple BI, analytics, and data platform initiatives
- Architect, build, and optimize Snowflake‑based data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, performance tuning, and cost optimization
- Develop scalable processing frameworks using PySpark and Snowpark
- Define and implement data engineering, analytics, and DevOps best practices
- Establish reusable standards, frameworks, and automation patterns to improve delivery speed and quality
- Drive intelligent process automation across data pipelines and operational workflows
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions from diverse data sources
- Oversee feasibility studies, estimates, timelines, risks, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with IT leadership, business managers, product owners, and analysts to deliver effective solutions
- Promote Agile delivery practices, transparent communication, and collaborative problem‑solving
Must‑Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, Analytics, or Data Platform environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on modern data warehouse platforms, especially Snowflake
- Strong hands‑on expertise with SQL, Python, PySpark, and Snowpark
- Experience with ETL and orchestration tools such as Informatica, AWS Glue, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated success leading teams across multiple parallel projects
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve processes
Nice‑to‑Haves:
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense
- Background in life sciences or regulated environments
