This role supports both our customer service and quality operations by helping manage documentation, customer communication, and quality processes that keep our business moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing Customer Support & Communication

  • Respond to customer questions and requests via phone and email.
  • Provide friendly, professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Assist customers with order updates, documentation, and general support needs.
  • Schedule service crews as needed

Administrative & Order Processing

  • Process purchase orders, work orders, quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments when needed.
  • Maintain organized records and support day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Help track data and generate reports using Excel and internal systems.

Quality & Operations Support

  • Maintain quality documentation, records, and internal tracking systems.
  • Support internal audits and assist with compliance-related activities.
  • Help ensure procedures and processes are followed consistently across departments.
  • Assist with training and documentation updates as needed.
  • Occasionally travel to customer job sites (approximately once per month).

What You Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer support, operations, quality, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with technical processes and documentation.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with ISO standards or quality systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technical services, or industrial environments.
  • OSHA or safety-related certifications.
  • Familiarity with ERP, project management, or quality management software.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based (90%) with occasional time spent in technical or operational areas (10%). You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers while helping support quality standards and daily operations. Every day brings a mix of customer interaction, organization, and problem-solving opportunities.

Base Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
