Role Description
The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing administrative and operational support for customers and internal sales teams focused on networking and infrastructure solutions. This role plays an important part in supporting the sales process by helping ensure timely communication, accuracy, and a high level of service throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with distributors, vendors, sales representatives, account managers, engineers, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
