Their Corporate practice sits at the heart of that mission—advising on complex, high-value transactions, navigating regulatory and compliance challenges, and delivering commercially focused solutions that help clients grow with confidence. The firm is now seeking an accomplished Corporate Partner to join their San Francisco office and play a key role in the continued growth of their West Coast platform.

Responsibilities:

• Advise public and private companies on complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, offering practical, business-oriented guidance.
• Lead and manage sophisticated transactions from structuring through execution.
• Develop and expand client relationships while contributing to firmwide business development initiatives.
• Mentor and collaborate with associates and colleagues across practices and offices.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory developments to deliver timely, strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Established Corporate Partner with significant experience handling complex transactions.
• Demonstrated track record of advising high-growth and established companies across a range of industries.
• Strong client-relationship and business development capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
• Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission.
• Collaborative leadership style aligned with a team-oriented culture.
