We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support a fast-evolving talent acquisition function. This role will initially focus on sourcing and screening, with a strong expectation to grow into full end-to-end recruitment as the organization continues to scale. The structure is changing rapidly, so flexibility and comfort with ambiguity are essential. This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be based in the Nashville, TN area.
What You’ll Do:
Source and screen candidates across a wide range of professional and leadership roles
Progress into managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring leaders on roles including:
Directors and Vice Presidents, Program Managers, Procurement professionals, and
Information Technology roles
Utilize applicant tracking and talent intelligence platforms to manage pipelines and candidate experience
Adapt quickly to changes in process, structure, and recruiting priorities
Required:
Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate roles
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have:
Experience utilizing Taleo and/or Eightfold
