Pay Rate: $42.64/hr. - $51.17/hr. on W2

Job Description:
The Senior Recruiter will bring strong consultative skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to flex across teams while delivering a consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Day to Day responsibilities:
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple business groups, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
- Proactively source and engage qualified and diverse talent using multiple channels and platforms.
- Screen candidates, assess qualifications, and guide candidates through the interview process.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and interview teams.
- Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to hiring managers to support effective decision-making.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in applicant tracking systems.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support different teams as business needs evolve.
Skills:
You are a good candidate if you have-
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional roles.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business groups (e.g., Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, etc.).
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing and pipeline development.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers at varying levels.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and flexing across different teams and hiring needs.
