Position: Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 + bonuses.

Position overview:
The Dallas office of a regional mid-sized firm seeks a Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney.
Representing companies in a wide range of industries, the corporate group handles transactions including formations, M&A, stock acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs etc.
Deal flow is strong, so you'll be joining at a busy time and will be leading transactions from your first day.
The firm offers a merit-based partner track; you won't be waiting for a binary number of years before being eligible for elevation.
You'll also be working closely with one of the most respected transactional attorneys in Dallas who has handled some of the most prominent deals in the DFW region, and will benefit from hands-on mentoring.
