Requirements:
- 3–6 years of corporate law experience
- Experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, including M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions
- Background with public and private company governance, securities law compliance, and related regulatory matters strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Significant experience working directly with clients and senior deal teams on sophisticated transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Tennessee license required
