Who We Are

We are a market leading commercial contractor with deep roots in the Chicago construction market and a strong track record delivering complex commercial, multifamily, and mission critical projects. What started as a hands on, family owned operation has grown into a highly respected partner known for quality work, long term relationships, and doing things the right way.

Our success comes from truly understanding every phase of the build. We self-manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, working side by side with owners, trusted trade partners, and project teams. This approach allows us to stay nimble, solve problems quickly, and consistently deliver projects that meet high standards for safety, quality, and schedule, especially within mission critical environments where precision and reliability are essential.

  • Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations, particularly within mission critical environments
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support closeout activities including punch lists and final documentation

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related role
  • Some exposure to mission critical projects such as data centers, healthcare, or similar environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, field flexible
  • Basic understanding of commercial construction processes and project workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with project management or construction software is a plus
