We are actively seeking a Corporate Transactions Paralegal to support our global financial services client. This near-term full-time role is onsite at our client's Owings Mills, MD office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain corporate records, including company incorporations, formations, and entity management documentation.
  • Prepare, draft, and maintain board and committee materials, including agendas, resolutions, consents, and minutes.
  • Manage board book preparation and distribution using Diligent, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
  • Partner closely with senior legal leadership and executive‑level stakeholders, providing high‑visibility support to the C‑suite.
  • Coordinate closely with internal legal team members to ensure corporate actions are properly documented and executed.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate paralegal experience.
  • 2+ years of law firm experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
