Corporate Attorney

A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its Uniondale, New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters within a collaborative, client-focused, and growth-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 8+ years of experience in corporate law, including transactional and general business matters
• Experience advising businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements
• Ability to manage transactions from initial structuring through negotiation, documentation, and closing
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and client communication abilities
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications of the successful candidate.
