Junior Corporate Associate – Regional Corporate Practice
We are working with a leading regional corporate law team seeking a junior corporate associate to join a busy and highly collaborative practice. This is a rare opportunity to gain significant early responsibility and direct exposure to multiple partners across a wide range of corporate transactions.
About the Role
- Handle mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings, and other complex corporate matters
- Work closely with multiple partners from the start, gaining hands-on experience on high-profile transactions
- Collaborate with a corporate team of 55, including paralegals and associates
- Billable target: 1800 hours, with flexible career progression and consistent check-ins
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of corporate experience, ideally in healthcare, private equity, or general corporate work
- Admission (or pending admission within 6–12 months) to the Massachusetts bar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment
