We're hiring a Content Operations Manager to run editorial production. You'll own the calendar, manage the sprint workflow in Jira, edit every piece, and make sure nothing ships without your sign-off.

We work in two-week sprints. You'll plan, commit, and deliver alongside the rest of the team.


What You'll Do

  • Manage the editorial calendar across two brands and hit every sprint commitment
  • Edit content for grammar, accuracy, brand voice, and SEO best practices
  • Run keyword research and develop content briefs
  • Own content tickets in Jira from backlog through sprint review
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retros, and refinement
  • Coordinate between team members and account managers
  • Maintain style guides and brand voice documentation
  • Quality-control every deliverable before publication
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities across brands


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in content, editorial, or digital marketing
  • Exceptional editing skills
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Daily Jira experience (creating tickets, managing boards, sprint reporting)
  • SEO keyword research experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or comparable tools
  • Comfort with modern content production tools and workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines without dropping balls
  • Clear communicator who works well with cross-functional teams


Bonus Points

  • Experience in lead generation, insurance, or digital marketing verticals
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic on-page SEO
  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading sprint ceremonies for a content or marketing pod
