Litigation Paralegal — St. Petersburg, FL

Are you an experienced litigation paralegal looking for your next long‑term opportunity in the St. Pete market? LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well‑respected law firm seeking someone who loves supporting the commercial litigation practice area and enjoys being an essential part of trial‑ready teams. This is an on‑site role (hybrid after 90 days) and requires e‑discovery platform experience and billing hours.

What You’ll Do

You’ll thrive in this position if you enjoy a fast‑paced environment where your contributions truly impact case outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing pleadings including motions, notices, and subpoenas
• Supporting attorneys for trials, mediations, and hearings
• Creating and organizing hearing and trial binders
• Conducting background investigations and legal research
• Communicating with clients, courts, clerks, and co‑counsel
• Preparing and organizing discovery productions
• Scheduling depositions, hearings, and managing critical deadlines
• Attending hearings and trials as needed
• Collaborating with a large group of 20+ attorneys and assisting additional practice groups when needed

Tools & Technology

• DISCO preferred
• Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

What They’re Looking For

• Experience with e‑discovery platforms
• Commercial litigation experience
• Ability to bill hours

Compensation

$75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience.
