Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial litigation files, including case organization, theory development, and strategic analysis.
- Draft, format, and file legal documents including complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas.
- Maintain strict proficiency in federal and state civil procedures, ensuring all court rules and deadlines are met.
- Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research; provide summarized findings to the legal team.
- Actively engage with attorneys on case strategy and litigation support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Advanced knowledge of Florida court rules, filing procedures, and case management protocols.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation support software.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
