Job Summary
The Commercial Escrow Officer is primarily responsible for performing tasks related to settlement operations in the closing of real estate transactions. Acts as liaison between all parties to the transaction including seller, mortgage, accounting and other areas within the Title & Escrow Process.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of the settlement transactions including preparation and approval of Settlement Statements, preparation and coordination of deeds, verify accuracy of loan documents, insurance documentation, seller statements, and contract or sales agreement.
- Obtain signatures for closing transactions, explain all documents executed as needed, and facilitate questions/answers between parties to the transaction.
- Review escrow quality assurance reports and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure compliance with required business policy.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation from settlement team to Recording and Accounting Departments
- Correct and resolve any post-closing issues that arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience
Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications
- Must have TDI License
- Notary Public license requirements as required by State

SALARY RANGE: $90,000-$110,000 base salary
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. Full benefits package as well.
