About the Company



Our clients are actively seeking experienced Collections Specialists to support their accounting teams. These roles offer the opportunity to work in fast-paced environments where you’ll take ownership of accounts receivable and play a direct role in improving cash flow and reducing aging balances.



Responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 0–3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle professional conversations regarding payment
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts (invoicing, AR, debits/credits, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies




Preferred Skills


  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management.
