Client Advisors at Naked Cashmere are responsible for delivering a memorable experience to all guests and prospective customers. This role is vital to our brand and supports the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational objectives. At Naked Cashmere, we aim to exceed customer expectations and leave a positive lasting impression. Our customers are our number one priority and client advisors are to give their undivided attention and create meaningful interactions with clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Promote and sell products by identifying customer’s needs.
· Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
· Maintain store visual standards.
· Demonstrate full product knowledge of the brand (product features, price points, fabrications, fit and promo codes).
· Maintain shop appearance at all times, keeping the space organized, clean and well presented.
· Ensure merchandise is tagged and finger spaced.
· Add clients to clientele book.
· Be in Company clothes during work shifts.
· Assist with shipping and checking in merchandise.
· Assist with inventory.
· Align and partner with store team/manager to meet or exceed all sales goals – weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
· Go above and beyond to consistently provide overall luxury experience for the customer.
· Learn and share best practices with Naked Cashmere sister stores in Santa Monica and New York.
