Financial Advisor – Growth & Succession Opportunity


Clarity Group Midwest is a growing boutique investment firm with approximately $360 million in assets under management serving over 800+ client households. We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding an established client base.


This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who values a client-centered approach and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position provides a defined career track that includes stewardship of an existing client base, the ability to build and own your personal book, and a qualifying path to equity ownership in the firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary advisor to existing clients, delivering thoughtful financial planning and investment guidance
  • Build and deepen client relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
  • Contribute to business development efforts and organically grow client assets
  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Follow established processes while adapting to client-specific needs


Qualifications

  • Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
  • Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment strategies (Series 7 and Series 66 required; CFP® or progress toward designation preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability or desire to develop client relationships and grow a book of business
