Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offer, including different materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions, to effectively communicate the value of our goods.
- Clienteling: Build long-lasting relationships with clients through follow-up communication through our CRM platform, offering exclusive previews, and inviting them to store events.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and maintaining the visual standards of the store.
- Point of Sale : Efficiently handle transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates, management, and support staff to ensure the store runs smoothly and goals are achieved.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Education, experience, and skills needed:
- Retail Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Customer Focused: Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering superior customer service.
- Sales Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales goals through a personalized approach.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Eye for detail in terms of store presentation and product display.
- Luxury Brand Awareness: Understanding of luxury fashion, footwear trends, and customer preferences.
Language Ability:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and ability to communicate across diverse groups of employees and departments.
