We are seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice. We handle complex injury and negligence cases and are looking for an attorney who enjoys actively litigating cases, developing strategy, and taking ownership of files.

Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of personal injury and civil litigation matters from pre-suit through litigation and resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
• Work with experts, medical providers, and investigators to develop liability and damages
• Collaborate with partners and staff to move cases forward efficiently
What We’re Looking For
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• 3–7+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury experience preferred)
• Experience taking depositions and handling hearings
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload as well as handle all aspects of pre-suit processes from intake to demand drafting/editing, and negotiations. We need someone with excellent communication skills.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
