Our client, a respected women-owned litigation boutique, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience.
Highlights:
• $120,000-$150,000 base salary
• Discretionary annual bonus
• 1,650 billable expectation (not strictly enforced)
• Sophisticated litigation practice in state and federal courts
• Business, healthcare, employment, insurance coverage, trust & estate, and civil rights disputes
• Excellent research and writing skills required
Requirements:
✔ Kentucky Bar admission
✔ 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience
✔ Discovery, depositions, motions, and brief-writing experience
