The Mission (Your Role Breakdown)
We are launching localized, interactive on-site marketing campaigns and promotional retail pop-ups all across the Houston metroplex. We don't do cold calling, and we don't do boring back-office admin. As a Campaign Specialist, you will be on the ground learning the mechanics of business from day one:
- Face-to-Face Brand Delivery: Act as the premier face of our client portfolio, engaging directly with consumers at live event footprints to build brand awareness.
- Targeted Presentations: Execute dynamic product and service demonstrations, tailoring your pitch on the fly to match consumer needs and secure direct account acquisitions.
- Campaign Logistics & Set-Up: Collaborate with the Territory Manager to coordinate morning inventory, manage visual merchandising displays on-site, and track daily foot traffic data.
- Leadership Cross-Training: Participate in daily strategy workshops covering public speaking, campaign scaling, asset management, and peer-to-peer coaching.
