A Fortune 500 investment management firm is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Americas Marketing team, with a primary focus on institutional investors, consultant relations, and intermediary distribution channels across the U.S. and Canada.
This role serves as a key liaison between segment marketing, digital marketing, and distribution teams, helping execute and optimize email marketing, social media campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives that support client acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The position will manage content distribution across digital channels, support marketing campaigns and events, coordinate with global marketing teams, and provide reporting and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing Management
- Manage email marketing campaigns from intake through deployment.
- Gather business requirements, establish priorities, and coordinate campaign launches.
- Author, edit, and publish email communications using marketing automation platforms.
- Manage relationship manager communications programs, including one-to-one and one-to-many client communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics, and conversion trends.
- Analyze email performance and recommend optimizations based on data.
Social Media Marketing
- Support social media initiatives across institutional and consultant-focused marketing channels.
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting for social media campaigns.
- Manage associate social media enablement programs and executive social media initiatives.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to align social content with broader marketing campaigns and business priorities.
- Ensure social media activities align with compliance, legal, and brand governance requirements.
- Maintain awareness of paid media campaigns, target audiences, ad formats, and performance metrics to ensure consistency across channels.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
- Coordinate marketing activities across Americas marketing teams and global partners.
- Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules across digital channels.
- Support virtual events, conferences, webinars, thought leadership campaigns, articles, white papers, and related marketing initiatives.
- Assist with digital marketing projects by gathering requirements and coordinating implementation efforts.
- Support lead management and lead lifecycle initiatives designed to drive engagement, lead generation, and client retention.
Analytics & Reporting
- Aggregate and analyze marketing performance data across email, social media, and digital channels.
- Develop reports and dashboards measuring campaign effectiveness and channel performance.
- Track KPIs including engagement, traffic, lead generation, lead-to-contact conversion, and audience growth.
- Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support quarterly business reporting and ongoing campaign optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns, including content creation, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing B2B social media marketing initiatives, particularly LinkedIn.
- Experience measuring and analyzing digital marketing performance using campaign analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, engagement metrics, and marketing automation.
- Experience developing and maintaining marketing content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Familiarity with lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting marketing technology or digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
