Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a highly executional and performance-driven Media Buyer, Paid Social to help scale customer acquisition and revenue growth across emerging and social-first platforms.
This role will primarily focus on TikTok and emerging social commerce ecosystems. The ideal candidate is deeply hands-on within paid social, understands performance marketing fundamentals, and has strong instincts for creative iteration, platform-native storytelling, and fast-moving consumer trends. Experience with TikTok Shop, creator-led amplification, or social commerce ecosystems is a strong plus.
This role will partner closely with our broader performance marketing and creative teams to help scale efficient growth through testing, optimization, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and rapid testing cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own execution and optimization across TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging paid social channels
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against acquisition, revenue, ROAS, and efficiency goals
- Partner closely with creative and marketing teams to develop and iterate on high-performing ad concepts and creative testing plans
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations around targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, and audience strategy
- Work within a fast-paced creative testing environment with high campaign and asset turnover
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate results, trends, and opportunities to broader marketing leadership
- Help scale new customer acquisition through structured experimentation and rapid iteration
- Support broader channel expansion and incubation efforts as new opportunities emerge
- Stay on top of platform trends, new ad products, creator ecosystems, and evolving consumer behaviors
- Partner with the marketing analytics team to improve targeting, campaign measurement and performance insights
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in paid social and performance marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise managing TikTok Ads campaigns at scale
- Experience across additional paid social platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat
- Strong understanding of direct response and performance marketing fundamentals
- Experience managing campaigns against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CVR, and revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
- Enthusiasm for hands-on platform management and rapid testing environments
- Experience in DTC, retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands preferred
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
